This policy explains what information CuttingMarks collects for account registration, payment, licence activation, OTP verification, support, and software usage control.

We may collect your name, company or print shop name, email address, mobile number, billing address, selected plan, payment reference, licence details, device activation data, IP address, OTP verification logs, support messages, and usage counts such as export or download limits.
We use information to create accounts, verify email OTP, activate trials, process payments, assign licences, validate desktop access, prevent duplicate trial abuse, provide support, send renewal or expiry alerts, and comply with payment gateway or legal requirements.
Payment details are processed by approved payment gateway providers. We do not store full card, UPI, or net banking credentials. We may store order IDs, payment IDs, status, currency, amount, invoice details, and gateway responses required for reconciliation, fraud prevention, support, and compliance.
We share information only with payment gateways, hosting providers, email delivery providers, support tools, legal authorities when required, and internal authorized team members who need the data to operate CuttingMarks.
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards to protect customer information. Account, licence, payment, and audit information may be retained as long as needed for service operation, legal compliance, tax records, dispute handling, and security logs.
