These terms explain how customers, organizations, resellers, and licensed desktop users can access and use CuttingMarks imposition software and related online services.

By creating an account, activating a free trial, downloading the desktop application, buying a plan, or using CuttingMarks, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. If you are using CuttingMarks for a company, print shop, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that organization.
CuttingMarks provides online SaaS access and a downloadable desktop application for print imposition workflows such as repeat jobs, gang-up layouts, booklet workflows, cutting marks, PDF output, and production planning. Features, device limits, file size limits, page limits, job size limits, and support access depend on the selected plan.
You must provide accurate name, email, mobile number, company or print shop details when required, billing details, and any information requested for licence activation. We may use email OTP verification, mobile validation, domain checks, or manual review to prevent duplicate or abusive registrations.
CuttingMarks may provide a limited free trial, currently configured as 7 days by default. Trial users may receive full feature access without watermark when enabled by the SaaS admin. Trial duration, export or download limits, and trial restrictions can be changed for future registrations. Existing active trial expiry dates remain based on the trial settings active at the time of registration unless manually changed by an authorized admin.
Paid plans provide a time-bound or lifetime software licence according to the purchased plan. A licence may be assigned to permitted devices only. Device reset, renewal, plan upgrade, feature access, and application validation are controlled by the CuttingMarks online licensing system. If a licence expires, is cancelled, is reset, or is not assigned, online access and desktop production access may be restricted until renewal or activation is completed.
Payments are collected through approved payment gateway providers. Prices may be shown in INR or USD. International USD pricing may include currency conversion and service markup. Applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, bank charges, or foreign exchange costs may apply. A payment is considered successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway and internal verification in CuttingMarks.
CuttingMarks is a digital software product delivered by online account access, licence activation, and downloadable application files. Any software deposit, activation fee, setup fee, subscription amount, renewal amount, lifetime licence amount, or add-on amount paid for CuttingMarks is non-refundable once payment is successful, licence access is generated, the desktop application is downloaded, or service provisioning has started, except where a refund is required by applicable law or specifically approved by Webszilla Technologies.
You must not misuse CuttingMarks, attempt to bypass licence validation, resell access without written permission, reverse engineer the software, overload the service, upload malicious files, or use the product for unlawful activity. We may suspend access where we detect payment risk, abuse, duplicate trial misuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Support is available through the contact details published on the website. We aim to keep the service stable and available, but scheduled maintenance, payment gateway downtime, hosting issues, internet issues, customer device problems, or third-party service interruptions may affect access. We are not responsible for losses caused by customer-side file errors, wrong print settings, unsupported files, hardware faults, or incorrect operator usage.
We may update these terms when features, pricing, payment rules, legal requirements, or operating policies change. Continued use of CuttingMarks after an update means you accept the revised terms.
